would not take 50 years?" (I'm calling your bluff).

I maintain that she had no good reason. She recognized the odds
were indeed against her, but being at risk for HD, she took those
odds and hoped she got lucky. After all, she doesn't say why
she decided to proceed except that "we are in a race against the
Huntington's disease killer and have no time to spare."
