Well, a miracle is exactly what you believe in, why should you care
whether it's genetic or something else? Does ID demand action through
non-natural mechanisms? You can call anything a miracle
Macroevolution can suddenly create a complex of structures; microevolution
then refines the complex. This is a most reasonable idea, one which is
indispensable for explaining the Cambrian explosion.
