Ignoring both the GR effects and the planets' rotational motions (keeping
only the effect of the orbital motion) the relative differential time
dilations that I get for Earth and Jupiter would cause the Earth to
experience 0.126 sec less elapsed time over the course of a year than would
Jupiter.
