On February 19, 1998, someone name Arthur Chadwick wrote:

"Can you falsify a molecular clock? Well, you have worked it out by
discrediting Popper. I guess that is one way to deal with those who
oppose
you: define them out of existence!"

Actually, Popper's criticisms extended to nearly all branches of
biological science. Although is is true that he had initial reservations
about evolutionary biology, Popper himself discovered the fallacies of
his postion and modified his programme.

As for the rest of Mr. Chadwick's post: I shall attempt to compose a
brief reply the first of next week (I have a seminar to attend).
However, the content of most of these "questions" reminds me of the
truth of Solomon's sage advice "al ta`an kesil ke'ivalto... aneh kesil
ke'ivalto!" is in the contradiction: When dealing with a fool you cannot
do the right thing. Damned if you do, damned if you don't.

Simply put, alleged errors in evolution do not, in and of themselves
constitute evidence for -- or in any way support -- creationism.
Further, it's a great waste of time to continually reargue that the
earth revolves around the sun.

Cheers,
RLT
