Yes, I really did appreciate your effort to lay out a case, without personal
invective laced throughout. It was refreshing, and a good attempt.
But I think I've gone as far as I can on this. Peter Grice summed up it up
nicely by writing: "Jim is mainly discussing the internal consistency of a
view whilst you are mainly addressing the validity of a view."
I am glad you're going to give Lewis a try.
