I was writing about Bill Dembski's definition. Behe has a definition of
_irreducible_ complexity that is not an analogy. However, it may not be
rigorous enough. I found Dembski's paper quite interesting on the first
read, and only note that specified complexity is quite an important concept
in the paper, and we will have no assurance that he can define it precisely
until his monograph comes out.
