Tennessee Evolution Bill

Greetings:
I've heard that in the state of TN there is a bill under debate
that would prohibit teachers in K-12 from teaching that evolution is
a "fact" at the risk of losing their jobs. Does anyone know if the text of
the bill has been placed somewhere on the WEB where it can be
downloaded? There is an interesting discussion of this issue in
_Of Pandas and People_ I don't entirely agree with it, but it is much
more carefully done than the more well known publications
on the subject be Gould.
