The above isn't realistic and is not necessary for the scenario to work. A
better way would be to take the highest ranking hands, pair them with one
another to produce "offspring" with 13 cards and a higher number of clubs,
and then replace the cards used for reproduction. Hands that score below
some level should be removed.
