The following paper is of particular interest to me since it argues
that in addition to natural selection, neutral mutations are perhaps
the most important source of evolutionary variation. I hope in the
next few weeks to address some of these concepts in more detail.

ps: A new development in the Dembski saga. The Baylor 'grant' which
enabled Marks to hire Dembski as a postdoc (yes!!) came from a
Microsoft Millionaire and ID proponent who contributed hundreds of
thousands of dollars to the Discovery Institute.
