Please -- we're not comparing belief in the resurrection to YECism are we?
This is the kind of thing, of course, that fuels the fire. "If you reject
our view of the creation days, soon you'll be rejecting that Jesus ever rose
from the dead." It's apples and oranges from either side of the aisle:
different kinds of texts, different exegetical issues, different historical
sources, different place of prominence in the historical, orthodox faith.
But if belief in Jesus' resurrection makes me a nutty fundamentalist, then
I'm one. He is risen indeed.
