Hi Iain:
If I had had the opportunity to attend your church on the day of Andy
MacIntosh's "sermon" I'd have handed out the article
<http://www.asa3.org/ASA/PSCF/2003/PSCF12-03Fischer.pdf> I wrote for
PSCF, "Young-Earth Creationism: A Literal Mistake," at the church door
when the congregation came in. Or if you'd like to do it after the
fact, here it is: http://www.asa3.org/ASA/PSCF/2003/PSCF12-03Fischer.pdf
But I think if my pastor delivered a sermon on Easter Sunday that cast
doubts on the legitimacy of the event we would witness a true bodily
insurrection.

No wonder church attendance is so low on your side of the Atlantic.
Never mind, Dick, you're in good company. Prof. Andy MacIntosh, the
most prominent YEC spokesman in the UK certainly believes in the
physical resurrection . We had the misfortune to be harangued by him
recently in a 35 minute sermon on why the physical resurrection
justifies belief that there was no physical death before the fall.
However, I think what Michael means is that he does believe I Cor 15:50.

Oh well, that's OK as I don't believe in a physical resurrection and
shall
preach that at Easter.
But I am in good company
