I'm still way behind on this thread, but this message caught my eye.
I've been having an e-mail discussion this week about the problems in
American Anglicanism with the Director of Episcopal Action, Diane
Knippers. They're a group working for renewal in the ECUSA and Diane is
solidly evangelical.
For anyone interested, the link is: www.ird-renew.org
And also, there is the Anglican Mission in America. It's a conservative
group commissioned as an Anglican missionary province in North America by
the Bishops of Rwanda and Southeast Asia. Their link is:
www.anglicanmissioninamerica.org They consist of churches that have
removed themselves from the ECUSA and also new churches. They are
evangelical and charismatic.
