Is anyone acquainted with Farber, Paul Lawrence. 1998. The Temptations of Evolutionary Ethics?

According to the blurb in the catalog at hand, it regards evolutionary ethics as "essentially repeated philosophical mistakes". Coming from University of California Press, it sounds like a possibly useful counterexample to the "Atheist's statement proves evolution is morally evil" type of argument.
