I didn't say that I read them all, I just said I've seen the titles. :-)
I did read Innumeracy (by John Paulos), which is good, and, How to Lie with
Statistics (by Huff), which is also good.
Has anyone read 'A Cartoon Guide to Statistics' by Gronic [sp]? I liked the
'Cartoon Guide to Physics' and one of the others (Genetics?), however, the
'Cartoon Guide to History' seemed rather crude & anti-religious (based on
reviewing it in the book store).
[of course, maybe it's the concept, and not the content, of cartoon guides
that appeal to me so much :-) ].
Grace & peace,
Dennis
