Mildly disagree with your book selections:
200% of Nothing is not very good, IMO
Innumeracy (by John Paulos) is superb!
How to Lie with Statistics (a classic warning on how to recognize it,
not how to practice it!)
This last one, by Huff, is a classic -- I read it first about 40 years ago -- I
think it is still in print (perhaps updated). Its strength is that it is written
for the non-scientists among us. Paulos' book tries to do this, but is a bit
heavy unless one has a technical background.
