Bertvan, I did not give you permission to publicly post that private
message I sent you. And don't bother apologizing; you knew damn well that
I wasn't posting to the list anymore, therefore you knew it was meant to be
a private post, even if it didn't say so explicitly. This latest action
simply convinces me all the more that you are not interested in serious
debate, but in denigrating whatever demonstrates your beliefs to be wrong.
