You are describing geometry here, not science. Science in fact deals
directly with natures imperfections; it doesn't create a perfect picture and
try to force it on nature.

It seems to me you could benefit from a science minor; take some actual
classes in which you have to do experiments; that would help you understand
what science is really like, as opposed to your conceptions of it.
