You think it would be better if school children were never given a hint that
anyone disagreed about Darwinism? I wonder what they might think when they
learned about it from some underground source? They might even hear about
Behe's book and the design concept? But since it hadn't been covered in the
classroom, maybe they would have no curiosity about it? And of course if
they came across all this controversy on the internet, they wouldn't be
interested--because they had never heard of it from a teacher?
