Future and Past--2 more differences

Dario raised an interesting theological position that is often used by the
young-earthers--that of the restoration view. It asserts that future
kingdom will be exactly like Eden. But as I noted before, there is no sex
in the afterlife but there was before. There is another difference. The
sun. In Eden, there was a sun; there will be none in the future.

Genesis 1: 16 And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the
day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also.

Revelation 21:23 And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon,
to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the
light thereof.

There will be NO night in the future:

Rev 21:25 " On no day will its gates ever be shut, for there will be no
night there." NIV

But there was night in Eden (And the evening and morning was the sixth day
and God separated the light from the darkness).

The restoration view that requires that Eden be like the new heavens and
the new earth ignores many dissimilarities.
