You are taking Glenn's remarks out of context. Glenn has very aptly shown how the 'powder and snails' could be explained by normal physical processes. He did not state that the loess nodules were deposited, but that new loess is being deposited.

Perhaps we should indeed go and have a look and see if the snails pop up out of the 4th dimension.
That would be some evidence that would make sense.
