I think that everyone here (well -- I can think of at least one
exception)
tries hard to live up to common civility.
BTW -- while Phil Johnson did start this LISTSERV, he has wandered off to
more useful climes and seldom visits here anymore. Which is too bad.
Civility, of course, does not preclude hard questions from being asked!
Nor does it preclude answers being returned that suggest the question
misses the point!
Again -- let me endorse 99% of the folks here as "good guys." We all have
our unperceived biases of course; what is neat about this LISTSERV is
that most of us don't feel threatened if our "pet theory" is assailed; we
are not our theories!
Of course, you must recognize that only one of us can be "right."
Maybe none of us.
