Okay, then explain what you meant by hydrogen fusing into uranium into one step ?
U238 decays in multiple steps into 206Pb. Several steps involve alpha particle decay, there are some beta- particle decay steps as well for a total of 13 intermediate daughters of eight elements.

And do you agree now that isochron methods are used quite commonly in radiometric dating ?
