(I believe Gunter Wachtershauser is a patent attorney. In ways reminiscent
of many scientists' responses to Phil Johnson, I believe many pass his work
through a higher degree of skepticism simply because they fear his legal
training may make him persuasive beyond what his evidence and theories
deserve.)
