Creationist won a court case

court threw out the lawsuit brought by Ian Plimmer agains Allen Roberts for
breach of fair trade law. Plimmer charged that Roberts had made misleading
statements in his attempts to raise money to search for Noah's ark. The
court agreed that Roberts had made misleading statements but didn't figure
that Roberts was a business. Plimmer had sold his house to pay the $500,000
australian for the lawsuit.
Roberts may not be the most admirable person however. Nature wrote:
"Roberts describes himself as a graduate of Freedom University,
a correspondence Bible college which was revealed in 1992 to have
little presence beyond sharing a mailbox with the Maitland bible
Church in Orlando, Florida."~Peter Pockley, "Creationism 'Ark' Trial
Opens in Australia," Nature, April 10, 1997, p. 529
