Planned is not the same as accomplished.
The question is timing, and in human terms. In human terms, God did not
intervene through Christ until Christ was on earth, in time. Christ was
crucified and resurrected, IN TIME.
In TIME, man had to await the Savior. Christ was an intervention, IN TIME.
So was the special creation of man.
