Evolution justifies everything!

I recall several years ago I was engaged in discussions with a
classmate in
college. He was of a rather "left-wing" persuasion and I'm something of
a
"Neanderthal, Conservative, Republican WASP." As I recall, we were
discussing
a variety of topics: environment, population, abortion, naturalism vs.
faith
and etc. We started our series of discussions: "We both have wackos at
the
fringes of our respective positions. I won't bring up yours, and you
don't
bring up mine. They don't represent you and me anyway."
It worked for us.
Ciao for now,
