Weird Question on Digestion

I need some help from the biologists on the list. Of all the water and
food ingested by an animal, what percentage comes out in the form of
excreta and urine? What percentage is exhaled in the form of CO2? I need
this to evaluate an argument in Woodmorappe's Noah's Ark book.
