Dear Jim,
I must admit I am shocked! I would have expected a comment like this from
Justin because he seems to be new to the reflector. But from you?!?!
After the debates with regard to ex nihilo and Gen 1:2? After the debates
with regard to Sarah's seminal emission? And you haven't grasped my
hermeneutics? I guess that you like to talk more than listen . . .

PS Oh, BTW, the categories you've cited are good in a Sunday School
context, but the modern hermeneutical debates are a little more complex
than that.
