Oh, Burgy, Burgy, Burgy....<sigh>

First off, do you even know what a partial birth abortion IS?
I.e., that the child is one who is developed enough to live outside
the womb, that birth is actually induced, that the kid gets
80% of the way out, and a few more inches and she would be legally
protected (at least until Kevorkian and company have their way in
changing our laws to "quality of life," but that's another issue).
At this point, where a fully formed child is about to be born, the
doctor LITERALLY sucks its brains out.

As to this "patient-doctor decision" which you seem to hold sacred:

1. There are TWO patients involved, and one of them will not
leave the abortuary alive.

2. This whole process involves a denial of the Hippocratic Oath,
which for millenia has forbidden abortion. Any doctor who
agrees to this is in violation of the Hippocratic Oath.
Read it sometime.
