In the book, Glenn points out that to an individual living on what is now
the bottom of the Mediterranean, the shore of North Africe would look like
a 10,000 (or was it 7,000?) foot mountain range. Glenn theorizes that this
"mountain range" was called the mountains of Ararat by Noah's civilization.
Of course there would be major communication problems between Noah's
generation and later generations about what is meant by the mountains of
Ararat, if Glenn is correct. Their frames of reference would be totally
different.
