Both codes are correct. The basic code acts like a 10 unit genome with 2
locations mutated every cycle and 1 additional location chosen by random.
The Pascal code acts like an 8 unit genome with one location chosen at
random to be mutated.
This is the "Big mistake" found by Robert.
