I was surprised they had a misspelling in their email flyer- "materiel" (they meant "material"). But I noticed it also passed spelling checker and has a definition.
Yes- the OT says man was made from dirt- pre-existing material. The OT does not say he was made from nothing- so what's going on here? Are they implying "pre-existing materiel" means lower life-forms? If so, the Bible doesn't say or suggest that.
