Re: [asa] Tone of discussions

Ok, I recognize this as directed to me, and I will admit you are right, and I appreciate this kind rebuke. My apologies to James and Gregory for my recent sarcastic commments.

However for whatever it is worth, I will offer in my defense that I react strongly and defensively when I sense the creationist mindset being pushed. I see this as an intellectual prison that is destructive to the church that I have only recently escaped from so naturally I desire to prevent others from being snared as I was. And because my wounds are still somewhat raw from this experience and it is still frustrating to think I have spent most of my life there, sometimes this comes out in a less than gracious fashion.

I don't post often on this list but when the recent topics of RTB and PC came up I felt compelled to since I have some experience with this. I will endeavor however to be mindful of this scripture below and your gentle admonition in the future. I do learn a lot from you guys though and appreciate the virtual fellowship.
