I read the file and, though not a historian, felt there was something
wrong with the reference to the date of Titu Yupanqui Pachacuti II as
~1400 BC. The Incas left Bolivia for Peru about 1200 AD, and Pachacuti
Inca Yupanqui was the 9th emperor. Seems like the usual misquotation to
support a predetermined view. See
