Even more so, the question is as meaningful as the knowledge and honesty of
the
person who is doing the asking. You originally asked "What laws do you use
to make the connection between the beginning and the present state of all
that there is."

I wondered if you were asking for something on the order of the "Theory of
Everything"

To which you replied, "I do not know if the answer to such a question is a
Theory of Everything (TOE). First, one must establish what a TOE is. Is it a
purely physical
theory like theories in physics?"

I provided a link to a general usage of the ToE, which it is understood as a
physical theory. From the link you must have overlooked, "A theory of
everything (ToE) is a hypothetical theory of theoretical physics that fully
explains and links together all known physical phenomena." Which is what you
were asking for in the original question, "What laws do you use to make the
connection between the beginning and the present state of all that there
is." Your mention of Laws, coming from a physicist, I would understand to be
"physical" Laws - Observations that are so consistent that they can be
expressed as mathematical arguments and equations. When you asked, "What
Laws," you limited it to the "purely Physical." That is why I am asking what
*you* mean by it, because limiting Laws to the purely physical is redundant.
So, again, what do you mean by Law, if not the purely physical?
