RE: [asa] EU proposed regulation of creationism and ID

I do not know if the answer to such a question is a Theory of Everything
(TOE). First, one must establish what a TOE is. Is it a purely physical
theory like theories in physics? Secondly, there is the question of the
initial conditions and their origin, which are clearly beyond the TOE.
Remember that humans who have free will set up initial conditions in the
LAB. Who or what selects the initial conditions of the universe. There
are clever scientists who are trying to get away from having to deal
with initial conditions. However, I believe that is inescapable.
