I don't think I said that I'd rule her out a priori. Of course it COULD be
possible that I was built by an alien biologist; but she revealed herself to
me, I wouldn't be able to detect it scientifically.

... I'd better rephrase that. Revelation is the way we come to know God,
not by scientific experiment. In fact doesn't the Bible say we shouldn't
put God to the test?

I guess some non-functional "signature" in my DNA might count as a
revelation e.g. if I found the ascii codes for "HANDMADE BY SELINA,
COPYRIGHT (c) SIRIUS CYBERNETICS CORPORATION, 200012" then it'd be pretty
convincing.

I could probably produce one using self-organisational software operating on
simple rules. When I do, I'll publish it and get forever damned as a nasty
atheist, I expect ;-)
