Let's close this one. We don't disagree all that much. Being remote from
the situation, I don't know anything much about the lobbying. I try not
to be a cynic on this stuff but I am -- perpetually -- a skeptic.
Newspaper accounts are not a good source of what's really going on. But
they are, alas, the main one
