[asa] review of Gingerich book

The review I wrote for "First Things" of Owen Gingerich's new book, "God's
Universe," is now available on their webpage.

Needless to say, I really liked the book. I also used it with a large
class in January term, and had many positive, even enthusiastic, comments
from our students.

In a couple of days I'll be signing off for a few weeks, owing to vacation
and the ASA meeting and moving my office and .... well, generally I won't be
in my office and I don't want the email pile to get too high!
