Thank you George, this was in some sense what I was
hoping for. If one admits that Darwin's understanding
of evolution can be changed, they leave open the
possibility of a more comprehensive understanding of
our earthly reality. 'Going back' is not the main
issue. It is where we shall go forward to that is the
looming debate, which I would agree ID fails to
capture.

Going to see Book of the Cosmos speaker today at
Regent College. Will respond to D. Campbell's
excellent post later.
