I've just received offprints of an article I wrote three years ago that might interest some here, as follows:

“The Word and the Works: Concordism in American Evangelical Thought.” In The Book of Nature in Early Modern and Modern History, ed. Klaas van Berkel and Arjo Vanderjagt (Leuven: Peeters, 2006), pp. 195-207.

This is a shorter, updated version of an article published in Keith Miller's volume, "Perspectives on an Evolving Creation."
