For what it's worth, I would support both Ted and Keith on this.
Probably a face to face discussion and then discussion over a list on a
long term basis, would be best. Since I think that TEs need a forum to
discuss their concerns, a second asa list would seem to be a good idea
where the validity of ID is NOT discussed.
