Moorad,
This is a silly response, for many things are repulsive. I happen to be
especially sensitive to vomit or its smell, but not to blood. However
many people find watching any operation exceedingly unpleasant,
especially the first time. Many of them have to look away, feel queasy,
or faint. I recall my Dad when he cut his finger. As he was being
bandaged, he had to sit down before he fell down. How many men have
problems when admitted to the delivery room with their wives? I recall a
class taken on a field trip to a tuna cannery. Most of them could no
longer eat tuna for months or years. I understand that an abattoir is
worse. What about the brouhaha over dissections in introductory zoology
classes? What's the proverb: You don't want to see either laws or
sausages made?

Forget about questions #1…#4. Let every respondent see a medical film of
what abortion entails and then ask them your favorite questions. There
is no reason to ask questions to people that do not actually know what
they had done to the unborn.
