Dry California

Friends: For those interested.
A paper in the most recent Proceedings of the National Academy of Science by a
dozen or so climatology experts (story LA Times:
http://www.latimes.com/news/local/la-me-warm17aug17,1,6138467.story)
predicts a very tough future for Californians if we do not take steps to reduce
greenhouse gas emissions almost immediately. In fact it predicts a tough future
no matter what, but doing something about fossil fuel use now may ameliorate
the damage somewhat.
While California burns, Bush fiddles.
