Just a reminder to everyone to quote only the essential part of the
message to which you are responding. Lots of bandwidth and server
storage space is wasted by unnecessarily quoting the whole message
when you are really only responding to a small part of it.
For those who argue that the whole post needs to be present in order
to follow the flow of the argument, I simply say, "scroll up"--(look
at the archives, previous messages in your mailbox, etc.)
