Due to my return to the US, I have been forced to change my web provider. My
web pages are not

Due to the fact that I can't seem to ftp to my btinternet site to change the
pages there to alert people to the change, those pages will simply disappear
in a month or so when I cease paying.
I also have started selling my books again since I don't have to pay taxes
to two countries.
