    Joel,
    I'm not surprised that there were a number of individuals named Jesus,
    since this is our version of the Greek Iesous, which is their version of
    Jeshua/Yeshua, Jehoshua, Joshua. Why should not a Jewish baby be named
    after one of their great heroes? It still goes on.
