Dr. Robert Gange also appears to use a version of relativity to compress 10^9 years of God's activity into 24 hours. Glen and I have talked about Gange a couple of times: he is rather hard to pigeon-hole into one categories, nor does he seem to be have interaction with other OECs.

Hugh Ross had gotten into a "shouting match" with Baumgardener (sp?) over the use or misuse of relativity. There was an unpleasant exchange of letters re-printed in Reasons to Believe newsletter AND the Bible Science Newsletter several years ago. It seems that both felt very wronged. It looked like a school-yard argument of "you said", "no you said", "na-na nana-na"... (All rather embarrassing)

I believe that you can find some of the exchanges on the Answers in Genesis website.
