    To add to George Murphy's comment: there is also "The Gospel in the Stars"
    (1884), by the Lutheran (I think so, George) pastor and pseudo-scientists
    Joseph A. Seiss. One of these decades I want to write an article on
    Seiss--he's fascinating and neglected, though understandably so--but it
    probably won't be this next one.
