As happens occasionally the servers at Hotmail and the computer here at
home conspire to wreck havoc upon me... as happened in this particular
case. Please ignore the repostings [I was forwarding to my self and not
ASA] and don't assume I'm trying to emphasise what I said any more by
repetition... :-)
